Orders over $50.00 ship free. All items ship via the USPS with a tracking number. Due to current events there have been slight delays and hiccups with USPS. As a small business The Beautiful Collection is unable to absorb the costs of items being lost in transit or offer refunds towards items that are marked as delivered with a USPS tracking number and a customer states it was not received. As a reminder, all items will ship via a tracking number.
For each damaged item please send a picture within 12 hours of delivery; it must be within 12 hours to be eligible for a credit. Include an explanation and describer the damaged.
To begin a return, please contact our sales team at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and reason for return, along with tracking/confirmation for the package. Returned merchandise must be securely packaged up with all original tags, packaging, etc and include a note with your order number and email address. See address under "Contact Us".
The Beautiful Collection cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged while in transit for the return so please track at your cost. Once we receive your return, a member from our sales team will review your order. Upon approval, your refund will be issued in the form of the original method of payment minus shipping costs. The Beautiful Collection is not responsible for return shipping costs.A confirmation email will be sent to you as soon as your refund has been processed.
The Beautiful Collection does not offer returns and exchanges for items. All items on sale are final sale without exception. Sale items are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange. We offer local pick up at our studio location in Las Vegas, Nevada 89129. Please stop by and see us between 10-5 pm Wednesday - Saturday. Do not place your order through the website simply send us a text or email to let us know you are on your way. Once you submit the message form (located in the bottom right hand corner of this page) we will reserve your selection for pick up and complete the payment via a Square invoice.
